First Night of The Pink Palace
The first night we had a quick dinner, found our room, and headed up to the main Pink room which housed the eating place and served as the bar and entertainment area. We started off grabbing some dinner and met some people who were from all over the world. They were there doing the exact same thing that we were, taking a vacation from their tote pulling, or backpacking.
That first night was pretty crazy. They had Greek Dancing, Beer races between US and Canada vs. Aussies and Kiwis (New Zealanders) and the broke plates over each of our heads.

We met this girl on the left from Atlanta and this is the
girlfriend of a guy we met from California who was a stitch.
That night ended with us walking down to the ocean and hanging out on the deck. We planned for the next day. Our plan was to sleep and then wake up. Little did we know that the next day would involve a kayak ride that took us into caves with killer bats and a boat ride with cliff jumping.
